热喷涂是改善金属和合金表面性能的重要技术之一。本文是利用电弧喷涂技术在低碳钢基材上制取铝涂层,并且用SEM观察其表面形貌、测定厚度,采用电化学测试仪对涂有封孔剂和未涂封孔剂的试样进行电化学腐蚀行为测试。结果表明:涂层具有层状结构的特点;喷涂铝涂层的耐蚀性明显优于基材。
Thermal spraying is one of the important technologies to improve the surface properties of metals and alloys. In this paper, aluminum coating was prepared on low-carbon steel substrate by arc spraying technique. The surface morphology was observed by SEM and the thickness was measured. The electrochemistry tester was used to test the coating with or without sealing agent Electrochemical corrosion behavior test. The results show that the coating has the characteristics of a layered structure. The corrosion resistance of the sprayed aluminum coating is obviously better than that of the substrate.
