报道一例我国典型的ＨＩＶ感染家庭，其中对新生儿通过垂直传播感染的早期诊断为我国首例报道。父亲通过静脉吸毒感染ＨＩＶ，经性途径传播给妻子，并通过母婴途径传播至婴儿，导致婴儿发病。通过血清学、ＰＣＲ检测和病毒培养确认了整个家庭的感染。序列分析结果强烈支持感染来自同一毒株，流行背景证实了上述感染的传播途径。
A case report of a typical HIV-infected family in China is reported, of which the first case of neonatal transmission through vertical transmission is the first case reported. My father infected HIV through intravenous drug use and is sexually transmitted to his wife and transmitted through the mother-infant route to infants, resulting in the onset of infancy. The entire family was confirmed for infection by serology, PCR detection and virus culture. The results of the sequence analysis strongly support the infection from the same strain, and the epidemic background confirms the transmission of the above infection.
