由建设部科技局下达、中国建筑标准设计研究所主持的《砖混住宅体系化研究》专题,已于1986年底完成并提出了研究成果,这项科研成果的评审会于5月5～8日在济南召开。参加评审会的有来自科研、设计和施工单位的代表四十余人。与会代表认为,该研究课题针对我国量大面广的砖混住宅建筑所存在的问题,在广泛调查研究的基础上进行了全面、系统和深入细致的分析、优选,有广泛推广的实用意义和显著的社会效益,达到了国内先进水平。该
The topic of “Study on the Systematization of Brick-concrete Residences” hosted by the Ministry of Construction’s Bureau of Science and Technology and the China Institute of Building Standard Design was completed at the end of 1986 and presented research findings. The review of this scientific research achievement was held on May 5-8. Held in Jinan. More than forty people from scientific research, design and construction units attended the assessment meeting. The delegates believed that the research project addressed the problems existing in China’s large-scale brick-concrete residential buildings and conducted comprehensive, systematic, in-depth and detailed analysis and optimization on the basis of extensive investigations and researches, and had practical significance for widespread promotion.
