机械通风冷却塔雾羽扩散是内陆核电厂重要厂用水系统环境影响评价时首要考虑的重要问题,直接影响核电厂机械通风冷却塔附近大气环境。以江西彭泽和吉林靖宇内陆核电厂址为研究对象,应用冷却塔环境影响评价模型SACTI模拟预测不同厂址、不同冷却塔设计和不同布局方案情景下机械通风冷却塔雾羽扩散特征,以确定不同厂址环境特征和冷却塔设计可能对机械通风冷却塔雾羽扩散产生的影响。结果表明,不同机械通风冷却塔设计情景下,一机四塔比一机两塔方案引起的雾羽扩散环境影响范围广,雾羽长度范围后者约为前者的2.1倍,雾羽高度范围后者约为前者的1.3倍。不同冷却塔布局方案情景下,一机两塔情景下线性排列和平行排列方案主要影响近场雾羽长度分布和高处雾羽高度分布,一机四塔情景下两种排列方案主要影响远场雾羽长度分布和低处雾羽高度分布。不同厂址情景下,一机两塔方案2个厂址雾羽扩散差异最大,一机四塔方案2个厂址雾羽扩散差异最小。
Mechanical ventilation cooling tower fog proliferation is an important issue when considering the environmental impact assessment of important plant water system inland nuclear power plant, directly affect the atmospheric environment near the mechanical ventilation and cooling tower of nuclear power plant. Taking Jiangxi Pengze and Jilin Jingyu inland nuclear power plant sites as research objects, the SACTI model of environmental impact assessment of cooling tower was used to simulate the characteristics of fog diffusion in mechanical ventilation cooling towers with different sites, different cooling tower designs and different layout scenarios, The environmental characteristics of the site and the design of the cooling tower may have an impact on the fog spread of the mechanical draft cooling tower. The results show that under different scenarios of mechanical ventilation and cooling tower design, the fog-spreading environment caused by a four-tower-one-machine-two-tower scheme has a wide range of effects. The latter is about 2.1 times that of the former, About 1.3 times the former. Under different scenarios of cooling tower layout, the linear arrangement and parallel arrangement schemes of one tower and two towers mainly affect the distribution of near-field fog length and height distribution of fog plumes. The two arrangements in a four-tower scenario mainly affect far field Fog length distribution and low altitude fog height distribution. In different site scenarios, the difference between the two sites of one machine and two towers is the largest, and the difference of fog diffusion between the two sites of one machine and four towers is the smallest.
