报道了采用不同腔长、不同透过率的输出镜及不同掺杂浓度的晶体时,激光二极管端面泵浦Nd:YVO4晶体 1342 nm激光的输出特性.对三种不同搀杂浓度的晶体的实验结果表明,输出为基横模,在输出 1W时,稳定性皆优于 0.2%;搀杂浓度较高的晶体,在泵浦功率逐渐增加时更容易饱和.采用 0.5%搀杂的晶体,最大获得 3 W 激光输出,斜效率 43.7%.
The output characteristics of a 1342 nm Nd: YVO4 laser diode laser with end-pumped Nd: YVO4 laser diode are reported when the output mirror with different cavity lengths and different transmittances and different doping concentrations are used. Experimental results on three kinds of crystals with different doping concentrations show that the output is a fundamental transverse mode and the stability is better than 0.2% at 1W output. Crystals with higher doping concentration are easier when pump power is gradually increased saturation. Using 0.5% doped crystals, the maximum output of 3 W laser output, oblique efficiency of 43.7%.
