为提高QPQ处理零件的抗中性盐雾试验时间,根据近年来的试验和炉前经验总结,对QPQ零件的设计和QPQ处理的具体工艺进行了分析,提出了建议。设计时要避免出现尖锐的棱和角,机械加工时表面粗糙度要低,标记要避免深窄的点或线。氮碳共渗前尽量让零件表面和盐浴清洁,避免零件在保存时生锈,保证氰酸根含量适中。预热时零件呈蓝紫色为好,批量生产时,要随时根据检测结果适度调整QPQ工艺参数,获得优质产品。
In order to improve the anti-neutral salt spray test time of QPQ treated parts, according to the recent experiments and pre-furnace experience, the design of QPQ parts and the specific process of QPQ treatment are analyzed and suggestions are put forward.
