采用固相微萃取-气质联用法对水体中常见嗅味物质土臭素(GEO)和2-甲基异莰醇(2-MIB)进行分析测定。选取65μm PDMS/DVB纤维萃取头,经实验确定最佳萃取条件:Na Cl投加量为6 g;水浴温度为70℃;萃取时间为30 min。用内标法测定结果显示:GEO和2-MIB在5~900 ng/L范围内标准曲线线性良好,且该法检出限低,对GEO和2-MIB的检出限分别为0.5 ng/L和0.7 ng/L;精密度(RSD)分别为0.31%和0.94%;加标回收率分别为107%和103%,能够满足分析测试要求。
Solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) was used to determine the concentrations of geosmin (GEO) and 2-methylisoxanthene (2-MIB) The optimal extraction conditions were determined by using 65μm PDMS / DVB fiber extraction head. The dosage of NaCl was 6 g, the temperature of water bath was 70 ℃, and the extraction time was 30 min. The results of internal standard method showed that the calibration curves of GEO and 2-MIB in the range of 5 ~ 900 ng / L were linear and the limit of detection was low. The detection limits of GEO and 2-MIB were 0.5 ng / L and 0.7 ng / L, respectively. The precision (RSD) was 0.31% and 0.94%, respectively. The spiked recoveries were 107% and 103%, respectively, which met the analytical test requirements.
