新经济时代的动力是知识,知识员工及其知识创新能力成为企业最宝贵的财富。如何将企业的智力资本转化为竞争优势成为业界普遍关注的话题。而成功企业之所以成功,其关键就在于重视知识的管理,重视智力资本的转化。所谓知识管理,就是为企业实现显性知识和隐性知识共享提供新的途径。显性知识易于整理和进行计算机存储,而隐性知识则难掌握,它集中存储在雇员的脑海里,是雇员取得经验的体现。知识管理的首要目标不是技术,但公司如果离开了知识管理就不可能具有竞争力。知识管理不是一门技术,而是各种可行解决办法的一种综合,它作为一个单一系统能够满足整个成员的具体需要。

The key to success of successful companies lies in the emphasis on the management of knowledge and the transformation of intellectual capital. The so-called knowledge management is to provide a new way for enterprises to realize explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge sharing. Explicit knowledge is easy to organize and carry out computer storage, and tacit knowledge is difficult to master. It is stored in the minds of employees and is an embodiment of employees’ experience. The primary goal of knowledge management is not technology, but companies cannot be competitive without knowledge management. Knowledge management is not a technology but a synthesis of all possible solutions. It can serve as a single system to meet the specific needs of the entire membership.
