报道101例上消化道恶性肿瘤患者进行光动力学疗法(PDT)联合化疗、微波联合化疗、PDT联合微波加温及化疗的对比研究。结果表明,三种疗法均有一定疗效,以PDT联合微波加温及化疗组疗效显著,有效率达93%。微波加温可明显提高PDT的抗肿瘤效应。提示PDT、微波、化疗联合应用有抗肿瘤相加效应。对于晚期上消化道恶性肿瘤患者,PDT微波加温化疗是一种可选择的姑息治疗手段。
A comparative study of 101 patients with upper gastrointestinal malignant tumors was performed with photodynamic therapy (PDT) combined with chemotherapy, microwave combined with chemotherapy, PDT combined with microwave heating and chemotherapy. The results showed that all three therapies had certain efficacy. The efficacy of PDT combined with microwave heating and chemotherapy was significant and the effective rate was 93%. Microwave heating can significantly improve the anti-tumor effect of PDT. The combination of PDT, microwave, and chemotherapy has antitumor additive effect. For patients with advanced upper digestive tract malignancy, PDT microwave heating chemotherapy is an alternative palliative treatment.
