郭树清博士和他的同事韩文秀硕士近著《中国GNP的分配和使用》(以下简称《使用》),较之中国经济理论现状而言,也可谓是一本先知先觉之作。我国经济理论发展目前还处于新观点、新概念、新学派、新体系的混战之中,一旦混水澄清,基本数据的重要性便水落石出,不言自明。理论发展也将从此获得新生。而《使用》一书对理论的新生,将起到推动作用,其理论意义一时虽难以给出中肯确切的评价,但我们至少可以在如下几个方面看出其价值所在。一、为理论分析提供了一套合“口味”的数据菜谱 Dr. Guo Shuqing and his colleague, Han Wenxiu, recently published “The Allocation and Use of GNP in China” (hereinafter referred to as “use”), which is also a prophetic measure for foreigners over the status quo in China's economic theory. At present, the development of China's economic theory is still in the midst of a new concept, new school of thought, new system and melee. Once the mixed water is clarified, the importance of the basic data will come to light and will be self-evident. Theoretical development will also be reborn. The book “Use” will play a catalytic role in rejuvenating the theory. Although its theoretical significance can hardly give a fair and accurate assessment at a time, we can at least find out its value in the following aspects. First, provide a set of “taste” data recipes for theoretical analysis
