目的研究正电子放射性药物2-18F-氟乙基胆碱(18F-FECH)的制备、质量控制以及初步应用。方法使用MINItrace回旋加速器,通过18O(p,n)18F核反应,采用TracelabFXFN全自动合成装置制备18F-FECH注射液,对制备的药物进行质量控制,并进行了前列腺癌方面的初步应用。结果 18F-FECH合成总时间约50min,放化产率约为30%,放化纯度大于95%,其他指标均符合药典质量要求,显像效果极佳,对前列腺癌与前列腺增生的鉴别诊断有重要意义。结论制备的18F-FECH注射液可用于临床PET-CT检查,有望成为诊断前列腺癌的新型PET显像剂。
Objective To study the preparation, quality control and preliminary application of 2-18F-fluoroethylcholine (18F-FECH), a positron-emitting radiopharmaceutical. Methods The 18F-FECH injection was prepared by a 18O (p, n) 18F nuclear reaction using a MINItrace cyclotron. The prepared drug was controlled by a Tracelab FXFN automatic synthesizer, and its preliminary application in prostate cancer was performed. Results The total synthesis time of 18F-FECH was about 50 min, the radiochemical yield was about 30% and the radiochemical purity was more than 95%. The other indexes were in accordance with the quality requirements of Pharmacopoeia and the imaging results were excellent. The differential diagnosis of prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia Significance. Conclusion The prepared 18F-FECH injection can be used in clinical PET-CT examination, which is expected to become a new PET imaging agent for the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
