目的研究罗非鱼中9种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留前处理的最佳提取方法。方法优化样品的提取条件,包括:有机溶剂类型、萃取方式、有机溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数等。最后对方法进行验证。结果最佳提取溶剂为乙腈-乙酸乙酯(9:1,V/V),提取方法选择超声提取,提取剂的用量为20 ml,提取时间为7 min,提取次数为2次。9种拟除虫菊酯类药物的回收率均为76.3%~113.2%,精密度为3.22%~14.60%,最低检出限为0.4μg/kg~3.2μg/kg。结论在实验建立的最优分析条件下,拟除虫菊酯类药物的回收率和样品的测定效果均能满足农药残留检测标准的要求。
Objective To study the optimum extraction method of nine pyrethroid pesticide residues in tilapia. Methods Optimize the extraction conditions of samples, including: organic solvent type, extraction method, the amount of organic solvents, extraction time, extraction times and so on. Finally, verify the method. Results The optimum extraction solvent was acetonitrile - ethyl acetate (9: 1, V / V). The extraction method was selected by ultrasonic extraction. The extraction solvent was 20 ml, the extraction time was 7 min and the number of extraction was 2. The recoveries of the nine pyrethroid drugs ranged from 76.3% to 113.2% with a precision of 3.22% to 14.60% and the lowest detection limit was 0.4μg / kg to 3.2μg / kg. Conclusion Under the optimal experimental conditions, the recoveries of pyrethroid drugs and the determination results of the samples can meet the requirements of pesticide residue detection standards.
