油田科研单位作为油田重要的技术支撑部门,担负着油气勘探开发技术研究的重要职责,因此培养一批具有较强适应能力和创新精神的高级专业技术人才,并拥有一批站在学科前沿的拔尖人才,对本单位在竞争中始终占有利地位有着决定的作用。在新的形势下,如何加快科研人才队伍建设,以适应中国石油科研工作的要求,是一个需要不断探讨和总结的重要课题。本文结合油田科研单位人才队伍建设状况,对这一问题作粗浅探讨。
Oilfield scientific research units, as an important technical support department of the oilfield, are responsible for the research of oil and gas exploration and development technology. Therefore, a batch of senior professional and technical personnel with strong adaptability and innovative spirit are cultivated and a group of top-notch experts who stand at the cutting edge of the discipline Talent has a decisive role in the unit’s always dominant position in the competition. Under the new situation, how to speed up the contingent of scientific research personnel so as to meet the requirements of China’s petroleum scientific research is an important issue that needs to be constantly explored and summarized. In this paper, the status quo of the construction of qualified personnel in oilfield scientific research units is discussed briefly.
