此试验研究了不同氮肥用量对砀山酥梨产量及品质的影响。试验设置3个氮肥水平,分别为0.2kg/株(低氮),0.5kg/株(中氮)和0.8kg/株(高氮)。结果发现不同氮肥用量对砀山酥梨的产量和品质有重要影响。砀山酥梨的产量与氮肥间呈正相关关系,氮肥用量越大,砀山酥梨的产量越大。随着氮肥用量增加,砀山酥梨硬度不断降低,可溶性糖含量逐渐增加,但对总酸含量和Vc含量影响较小。
This experiment studied the effects of different nitrogen rates on the yield and quality of Dangshansu pear. Three nitrogenous fertilizer levels were set up, which were 0.2kg / plant (low nitrogen), 0.5kg / plant (medium nitrogen) and 0.8kg / plant (high nitrogen) respectively. The results showed that different nitrogen rates have an important influence on the yield and quality of Dangshansu pear. Dangshan pear production and nitrogen fertilizer was a positive correlation between nitrogen fertilizer, the larger, Dangshan pear production greater. With the increase of nitrogen application, the hardness of Dangshan Pear continued to decrease, while the content of soluble sugar increased gradually, but had little effect on the total acid content and Vc content.
