目的通过对山西省消费者对食品过敏原了解程度的调查,分析其社会人口学特征影响因素,从而为进一步有针对性地宣传食品过敏原相关知识提供数据依据。方法采用配额抽样法对山西省11地市3 500名消费者进行问卷调查,采用SPSS19.0对调查数据进行统计分析,检验进行统计推断。结果在3 416份有效问卷中,不了解食品过敏原的有1 505人,占44.1%;不同性别、年龄段、文化程度以及收入的消费者对于食品过敏原的了解程度的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);支持在食品包装上标明食品过敏原信息的有2 252人,占65.9%。讨论建议针对人口学特征对不同的消费者进行不同程度的食品过敏原知识宣传;根据食品过敏原信息标于食品包装标签的消费者支持度,相关部门、机构应加以重视和落实食品过敏原信息的标注。
Objective To investigate the consumers’ understanding of food allergens in Shanxi Province and analyze the influencing factors of their socio-demographic characteristics so as to provide evidence for further targeted promotion of food allergen-related knowledge. Methods Quota sampling was used to survey 3,500 consumers in 11 cities of Shanxi Province. SPSS 19.0 was used to conduct statistical analysis of the survey data, and the test was statistically inferred. Results Among 3 416 valid questionnaires, there were 1 505 people who did not know about food allergens, accounting for 44.1%. The differences in understanding of food allergens were statistically significant among consumers of different sexes, ages, educational level and income Significance (P <0.05). There were 2 252 people who supported the identification of food allergens on food packaging, accounting for 65.9%. It is suggested that different allergens should be propagated to different consumers according to their demographic characteristics.
