佳木斯市中医院是三级甲等医院,门诊设20个科室。1999年门诊量81753人次,比1998年增加6644人次,增长8.95%。在医疗市场竞争激烈和本地区经济不景气的情况下,中医院门诊量能够大幅度上升,本文就此问题,对医院内部管理方面进行综合分析,原因如下:1 加强医院内部管理 促进医德医风建设 1999年初,中医院结合本院实际,提出了“团结奋进、务实求真、突出特色、发展创新”的办院方针,从讲究本院的社会效益和经济效益的目的出发,制定出《综合目标管理考核细则》385条。《细则》与职工的切身利益即工资、奖惩、评优、职称评聘等待遇挂钩,中医院党政班子齐心协力、齐抓共管,教育广大职工增强服务意识,严格要求全院职工必须要把“以病人为中心”、“全心全意为病人服务”落实到医疗服务的每一个环节上。领导带头,使全院职工精神振奋,内强素质,外树形象,促进了医德医风的建设。2 加强门诊管理 提高服务质量
