人体体成分已成为人体生物学研究的一个重要领域,它包括三个相互联系的研究内容,即体成分各组分的组成规律及体成分模型,体成分方法学,体内外各种因素对体成分组分间数量关系的影响。笔者将对前两个研究内容的最新进展进行综述:体成分模型主要包括两组分模型和多组分模型;体成分测量方法包括人体测量法、密度法、全身水量法等10余种,每种方法都有其适用范围和优点,同时又具有一定的局限性。人体体成分学的发展将为检测人体健康状况开辟新的途径,从而提高人群的生活质量。
The human body composition has become an important field in human biology research. It includes three interrelated research contents, namely the composition law and body composition model of body composition, body composition methodology, and various factors in vivo and in vitro.
