目的:探讨分析麻黄碱的GC-MS法检验。方法:选择出生7天的小鼠30只作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组20只,将其细分为四组,每组5只,对实验组小鼠注射浓度为5g/l的麻黄碱水溶液0.2ml,每天完成两次注射,对照组小鼠则注射对应数量的生理盐水。在此基础上对小鼠血液、内脏、毛发各个部位进行麻黄碱GC-MS法检验。结果:小鼠血液中麻黄碱的检出限为17ng/ml,肝脏中的麻黄碱检出限为11ng/ml,具体毛发中的检出限为39ng/ml,不同部位麻黄碱的回收率存在差异,其中血液中的回收率为89.4%~104.4%;肝脏中的回收率为97.8%~102.1%;毛发中的回收率84.7%~93.2%。结论:GC-MS用于检验复杂生物体内的麻黄碱含量,可以取得准确的检查结果,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective: To investigate the analysis of ephedrine by GC-MS test.
