为满足兆瓦级风力发电机组的高压大容量需求,文中提出一种新型高压内双馈风力发电机,定子上有两套绕组,主绕组输出高电压到电网,辅助绕组输出的低电压为转子变流器的输入电压。阐述了该发电机的结构、工作原理、励磁启动方式,采用有限元方法对发电机的电磁性能进行了仿真与分析,并进行了样机试验。仿真结果与样机试验结果表明:在不同风速情况下,高压内双馈风力发电机辅助绕组端可为变流器提供稳定的低压电源,并且定子端可获得频率稳定的电压输出,满足了双馈风力发电机的高压和大容量要求。“,”This paper first presented a new wiring winding induction generator in order to realize the requirements for high voltage and large capacity of megawatt wind generator, which has two sets of winding in the stator. The high voltage from the main winding is output to the grid, and the assistant winding provide low voltage input for the rotor converter . This paper researched the structure, working principle and generator start-up mode of high voltage inner doubly-fed induction wind generator. Through the finite element method, electromagnetic properties of the generator was simulated and analyzed, and the prototype test was carried out. The simulation results and the experimental results show that, in the different wind speed, the assistant winding can provide low-voltage power supply stability for converter and the stator can obtain stable frequency voltage output, which fully realize the requirements for higher voltage and larger capacity.
