固体浸没透镜的近场光学存储是一种有效的超高密度光存储方法。在自建的实验装置上利用固体浸没透镜 (SIL)在偶氮聚合物液晶 (P CN)上进行近场光存储实验 ,存储点的尺寸小于 0 5 μm(激光波长为 5 32nm)。并且研究了不同聚焦深度及入射激光强度对记录效果的影响。
Near-field optical storage of solid immersion lenses is an efficient ultra-high-density optical storage method. Near-field optical storage experiments were performed on azo polymer liquid crystals (P CN) using a solid immersion lens (SIL) on a self-built experimental setup with a storage point size of less than 0 5 μm (532 nm laser wavelength). The effects of different depth of focus and incident laser intensity on the recording effect were also studied.
