以钠水玻璃为主 ,聚醋酸乙烯脂乳液为辅 ,配制相对成本较低的混杂改性水泥砂浆。开展混杂改性水泥砂浆、聚合物乳液改性水泥砂浆、水玻璃改性水泥砂浆和普通水泥砂浆抗流动酸腐蚀性能对比实验 ,结果显示混杂改性水泥砂浆性能显著优于其它三种水泥砂浆。进而制作混杂改性钢丝网水泥试件和对比试件 ,提出并进行几种钢丝网水泥试件在持续弯曲荷载与流动酸腐蚀共同作用下的性能实验研究 ,使实验室模拟更接近工程实际。微观结构观测分析和宏观性能实验结果分析表明 ,混杂改性使钢丝网水泥的抗荷载与流动酸腐蚀共同作用的性能显著提高。
Sodium sodium silicate-based, supplemented by polyvinyl acetate emulsion, the preparation of relatively low cost mixed modified mortar. The comparative experiments on the acid resistance of mixed modified mortar, polymer latex modified cement mortar, sodium silicate modified mortar and common cement mortar show that the performance of hybrid modified mortar is better than that of the other three kinds of cement mortar. Furthermore, the mixed modified steel mesh concrete specimens and the comparative specimens were prepared. The performance experiments of several steel mesh specimens under continuous bending load and flowing acid corrosion were put forward and conducted, which made the laboratory simulation closer to the actual project. The results of microstructure observation and macroscopic performance experiment show that the mixed modification can significantly increase the anti-load of steel mesh cement and the combined action of acid-flowing corrosion.
