电费管理的好坏直接关系着整个电力营销工作的成败,它是电力营销工作的最后环节。电网企业在电费管理上取得了一些进步,但是距离集约化、标准化、精细化、专业化管理的要求还有一定的差距。首先阐述了电费专业化管理的主要内容,其次分析了电费专业化管理中存在的问题,最后对加强电费专业化管理提出了几点措施。
Electricity fee management is directly related to the success or failure of the entire power marketing work, it is the last part of the electricity marketing. The power grid enterprises have made some progress in the management of tariffs, but there is still a certain gap between the requirements of intensification, standardization, refinement and professional management. Firstly, the main contents of professional management of electricity tariff are expounded. Secondly, the problems existing in professional management of electricity tariff are analyzed. Finally, some measures are put forward to strengthen professional management of electricity tariff.
