我们中原油田油建公司现有职工4013人,主要承担着油田地面产能建设任务,每年可完成产能建设任务150万吨。随着油田产能建设任务的逐年减少,我们把多种经营作为改革搞活、促进企业发展建设的重要一环来抓,先后建成了一大批工业型、服务型和农副业型生产厂点,并把功夫下在多种经营的“开拓、优质、挖潜、拓销”上,外抓市场,内抓管理,使多种经营从依附企业逐步走上了自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展之路,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Our Zhongyuan Oilfield Oil Company has 4,013 employees and is mainly responsible for the construction of oilfield surface production capacity.
