高速公路建设是一项综合的社会系统工程,与引导和促进物流转换、使用和消耗土地、影响或改变自然风貌等密切相关.在平原地Ⅸ,由丁受构造物的制约,往往采用高填路基,造成大量上地的占用,土方用量大,投资增加,土地使用协调时间长,施工周期长,同时高填路基边坡稳定性差,工后沉降大,雨水冲刷严重,造成路面损坏,小但增加后期养护费用,而且不利行车安全,为此应采取相应措施,降低路基填筑高度.
