《投资优化论》是云南民族大学校长甄朝党教授主编的一部关于投资优化的著作。该著作是中同基本建设优化研究会《现代工程建设优化丛书》之一,由云南科技出版社1997年出版。本书讨论的是投资优化的若干问题,包括投资运行机制、投资管理机制、投资项目评价、证券投资、国际投资以及相关的投资经济学学科建设等六个方面的若干问题。这些问题都是投资的重点问题,也是长期以来经济学界和学术界关注的热点。本书内容的主要特点：(一)从渐进的经济体制改革的过程看,与经济体制的变革从公有制基础上以计划调节为主、市场调节为辅,到公有制基础上有计划的商品经济,再向与社会主义市场经济体制的发展过程相适应,投资理论循序开拓与发展,尤其是1985年开拓性地提出了社会主义投资要依据和运用市场规律并论述了投资如何运用市场规律等问题,实践证明这与改革发展的方向始终是一致的；(二)从投资体制及其管理的改革看,既有现实问题研究,也有理论开拓性研究,1985年提出的投资体制改革按投资资金来源实行不同的管理体制和方法问题,投资决策和投资实施要按经济运行的内在要求和责任制、法制化、民主化、科学化的要求办事等问题,这些观点至今仍然符合改革指导思想和改革方向；(三)在国际投资方面,提出了加强国际投资研究,大力开拓国际投资市场的观点；(四)在学科建设方面,从投资学的涉及范围和特点出发,较为全面地论述了投资学科建设问题,主要是基本建设投资学,国际投资学和房地产投咨学。
Investment Optimization is a book on investment optimization edited by Professor Zhen Chaodang, president of Yunnan University for Nationalities. The book is one of the “Optimization Series of Modern Engineering Construction” of China-Tunisia Basic Research Institute, published by Yunnan Science and Technology Press in 1997. This book discusses a number of issues in the optimization of investment, including investment operation mechanism, investment management mechanism, evaluation of investment projects, securities investment, international investment and related investment economics disciplines. These issues are the key issues of investment, but also the focus of attention of economists and academics for a long time. The main features of this book are as follows: (1) Judging from the process of gradual economic reform, the reform of the economic system is mainly planned regulation based on the public ownership and supplemented by market regulation. On the basis of public ownership, there is a planned commodity economy, In order to further develop the socialist market economy, the theory of investment should be exploited and developed step by step. Especially in 1985, the socialist investment should be based on and applied the law of the market and discussed how to apply the law of the market. Practice has proved that this is consistent with the direction of reform and development; (2) From the perspective of the reform of the investment system and its management, there are both realistic and pioneering studies. The reform of the investment system put forward in 1985 was carried out in accordance with sources of investment funds Different management systems and methodological issues, investment decisions and implementation of investment should be based on the inherent requirements and accountability of economic operation, legalization, democratization, and scientific requirements. These views are still in line with the guiding ideology of reform and the direction of reform so far; (III) In the aspect of international investment, put forward the concept of strengthening international investment research and vigorously exploring the international investment market ; (Iv) in the subject construction, from the scope and characteristics of the investment involved in the study, more comprehensive treatment of the issue of investment disciplines, mainly infrastructure investment, international investment and real estate investment counseling to learn.
