本科生导师制可以说是我国高等院校提高本科教育质量的重大举措之一。以安徽某高校的本科导师制度为例,其内容包括:辅导员和班主任双配置;导师课堂与课后双引导;实习与教学双向并行;就业和升学双选择。导师体制的完善应该着眼于导师梯队建设、明确导师工作评价标准、提升导师业务水平、增强课堂教学内容的导向性等。教育内容要和学院的建设目标具有一定的相关性,对学生加强导向性教育,进行全方位、多层次指导。
Undergraduate tutor system can be said that China’s colleges and universities to improve the quality of undergraduate education is one of the major initiatives. Taking the undergraduate tutor system of a certain university in Anhui as an example, the contents include: dual configuration of counselors and class leaders; mentor classes and double guidance after class; two-way internship and teaching; dual choice of employment and further education. The improvement of the tutor system should focus on the construction of the tutor echelon, the evaluation criteria of the tutor work, the improvement of tutor’s professional level and the orientation of classroom teaching. The content of education should have certain relevance with the construction goal of the college, strengthen the guidance education for students and conduct all-round and multi-level guidance.
