本文测定28例原发性高血压和22例肾实质性高血压患者血浆5-羟色胺、5-羟吲哚乙酸含量。结果显示,原发性高血压和肾实质性高血压患者5-羟色胺、5-羟吲哚乙酸值均明显升高,并发尿毒症时其值增高更为显著。5-羟色胺与平均动脉压、尿素氮和肌酐均呈正相关性。尿毒症患者经血液透析和肾移植后5-羟色胺值均下降,其中肾移植后5-羟色胺值已降至对照值范围。提示高血压及尿毒症的发生与血浆5-羟色胺关系密切。
In this paper, 28 patients with essential hypertension and 22 patients with renal parenchymal plasma serotonin, 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid content. The results showed that patients with essential hypertension and renal parenchymal hypertension serotonin, 5-hydroxy-indole acetic acid values were significantly increased, uremia, its value increased more significantly. Serotonin and mean arterial pressure, urea nitrogen and creatinine were positively correlated. Serum 5-HT values declined after hemodialysis and renal transplantation in patients with uremia, and serotonin values dropped to the control range after renal transplantation. Prompted the occurrence of hypertension and uremia and plasma serotonin are closely related.
