目的研究四甲吡嗪 (川芎嗪 ,Lig)对白细胞呼吸爆发期间氧消耗和过氧化物的影响。方法采用电子自旋共振自旋捕集技术 ,自旋探针氧测定法和化学发光法检测白细胞呼吸爆发期间氧消耗和活性氧自由基。结果Lig对白细胞呼吸爆发期间的氧消耗无明显影响 (P>0.05),但能明显抑制其产生的化学发光 (P<0.01) ,这是Lig清除O2· 和OH·的结果。结论Lig 可以不抑制白细胞氧化代谢的功能而通过清除氧自由基防止白细胞对组织的损伤
Objective To investigate the effects of tetramethylpyrazine (Ligustrazine, Lig) on oxygen consumption and peroxide during leukocyte respiratory burst. Methods Electron spin resonance (SPR) spin trapping technique, spin probe oxygen assay and chemiluminescence method were used to detect the oxygen consumption and active oxygen free radicals during leukocyte respiratory burst. Results Lig had no significant effect on the oxygen consumption during leukocyte respiration (P> 0.05), but could significantly inhibit its chemiluminescence (P <0.01), which was the result of Lig scavenging O2 · and OH ·. Conclusion Lig can prevent the damage of leukocytes to tissues by scavenging oxygen free radicals without inhibiting the function of leukocyte oxidation and metabolism
