Objective: To investigate the effect of adult craniofacial structures on obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods: The height, weight, neck circumference (NC) and MS score of 50 OSAHS patients and 50 healthy controls were measured. The distance between Chin chin, chi angle, chin chin, and chin subspace was measured by AutoCAD2004 software , 2 sets of measurement data were statistically processed and compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the OSAHS group had the following changes in the craniofacial structure: ① the diameter of the CN was high; ② the angle of the chinchia was large; ③ the score of MS was high; ④ the BMI was high; Conclusion: The degree of chimpanzee plane inclination and oropharyngeal stenosis are related to the occurrence of OSAHS. Craniofacial bony and soft tissue anatomy, the upper airway in the sleep state size has a decisive role in the occurrence and development of OSAHS have a significant impact.
