本文从F8型空气分配阀试验中所出现的问题出发,通过分析研究,找出影响F8型空气分配阀制动保压及自动补风作用的因素,主要有阀体与零部件的同心度问题和平衡阀弹簧及保压弹簧的刚度及线性特征性影响,通过改进加工工件工序,减小了同心度的误差,并调整了弹簧的工艺参数,使弹簧刚度对阀体的影响降低到最小。增加了组装时的自动选配,把同心度的误差降到最小。
