以沼液为试验材料,研究了不同浓度沼液拌料对平菇菌丝生长、产量的影响。结果表明,沼液能改善培养料的营养,用25%、50%沼液拌料可促进平菇菌丝体的生长,菌丝生长势增强,污染率降低,产量分别比对照高23.5%、15.8%;用75%、100%沼液拌料也可降低污染率,平菇产量分别比对照高24%、8.7%,但菌丝的生长速度降低,出菇时间比对照晚4d~13d。
Using biogas slurry as test material, the effects of different concentrations of biogas slurry on the growth and yield of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied. The results showed that biogas slurry could improve the nutrition of the culture materials. The growth of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium could be promoted by adding biogas slurry at 25% and 50%, the mycelial growth potential was enhanced and the pollution rate was reduced. The yield was 23.5% 15.8%. With 75% and 100% biogas slurry, the contamination rate could also be reduced. The yield of Pleurotus ostreatus was 24% and 8.7% higher than that of the control respectively. However, the growth speed of hypha was decreased and the fruiting time was 4 days to 13 days later.
