目的全面、准确了解和评价2007年山西省居民食用盐状况,及时发现问题并采取相应的干预措施。方法按《山西省2007年碘盐监测方案》规定的抽样方法及碘盐测定方法进行。结果全省119个县(市、区)除高碘乡镇外监测居民食用盐35 039份,非碘盐率1.77%,碘盐合格率97.75%,合格碘盐食用率96.04%,盐碘均数31.6±7.54mg/kg,盐碘中位数31.8 mg/kg。结论与2006年相比,非碘盐率下降,合格碘盐食用率升高,继续加大监测工作力度,确保2010年全省95%的县实现消除碘缺乏病的目标。
Objective To comprehensively and accurately understand and evaluate the status of salt consumption of residents in Shanxi Province in 2007, discover the problems in time and take the corresponding intervention measures. Methods According to the sampling method and iodized salt determination method stipulated in “Shanxi Province 2007 iodized salt monitoring program”. Results Among the 119 counties (cities and districts) in the province, 35 039 residents of non-iodized salt were monitored, with non-iodized salt rate of 1.77%, iodized salt rate of 97.75%, and qualified iodized salt rate of 96.04% 31.6 ± 7.54mg / kg, median salt iodine 31.8 mg / kg. Conclusion Compared with 2006, the rate of non-iodized salt decreased and the rate of qualified iodized salt increased. The monitoring work should be continued to ensure that 95% of the counties in the province achieved the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency deficiency in 2010.
