溺水是造成中小学生意外死亡的第一杀手。近期,教育部下发了《关于做好春夏季中小学生和幼儿安全工作的紧急通知》、《关于切实做好预防中小学生溺水工作的通知》及《致全国中小学生家长的一封信》,强调要把防溺水教育落实到每一名学生,提醒家长履行监护责任,完善预防溺水工作机制,消除溺水隐患,严防溺水事故发生。 Drowning is the number one killer of primary and secondary school students who died unexpectedly.
