利用压水堆核电厂全范围仿真机,通过系统开发、硬件配置、电路设计等建立了基于以太网络的数字控制仿真平台,实现了仿真平台的网络数据通信和信号转换。为了对数据传输和控制效果进行验证,利用该平台进行了稳压器水位控制仿真对比试验,控制响应匹配良好。研究形成的控制信号传输方案以及建立的仿真平台,为利用网络技术开展核电厂数字控制仿真的研究设计工作奠定了技术基础。
Based on the full range of simulator of PWR nuclear power plant, a digital control simulation platform based on Ethernet was established through system development, hardware configuration and circuit design, which realized network data communication and signal conversion of simulation platform. In order to verify the effect of data transmission and control, the platform was used to simulate and compare the control of water level of the regulator, and the control response matched well. The research on the control signal transmission scheme and the simulation platform established by the research laid the technical foundation for the research and design of numerical control simulation of nuclear power plant using network technology.
