三种工况下塔机标准节受力分析与优化设计

本文对塔式起重机塔身标准节进行了简化,分别在三种工况下进行了内力分析,通过对四种单元的计算结果与试验结果的比较,得出beam189单元计算精度最高,beam4单元在相同的网格情况下精度略低但其计算时间较短。同时对原标准节模型进行了参数优化,并将优化结果根据规范的要求进行了调整,以便能够满足工程实际的要求。 In this paper, the standard section of the tower crane tower crane is simplified. The internal force analysis is carried out under three different operating conditions respectively. Comparing the calculation results of four kinds of units and the test results, it is concluded that the calculation accuracy of beam189 unit is the highest, Slightly lower accuracy with the same grid but shorter calculation time. At the same time, the parameters of the original standard section model were optimized, and the optimization results were adjusted according to the requirements of the specification in order to meet the actual engineering requirements.
