1984年至1988年,北京市文物工作者为配合北京怀柔县慕田峪关长城的修复与开放,对其进行了考古调查。现将调查情况和其间出土的文物作一概述。一、慕田峪关长城的地理环境与历史沿革北京地区的明代长城呈半环状分布于京郊北部和西部山区。慕田峪关长城位于北京东北70余公里的军都山南麓,怀柔县三渡河乡慕田峪村。长城就建在村的东、南、北三面山脊上(图一)。
From 1984 to 1988, Beijing cultural relics workers conducted an archaeological survey to complement the restoration and opening up of the Great Wall at Mutianyu Pass in Huairou County, Beijing. We will now survey the situation and the cultural relics unearthed during a summary. First, Mutianyu Great Wall geographical environment and historical evolution The Great Wall of Ming Dynasty in Beijing was semi-circular distribution in the northern suburbs of Beijing and western mountainous areas. Mutianyu Guan Great Wall is located in the southern foot of the military capital of more than 70 kilometers north-east of Beijing, Mutianyu village, Sanduhe Township, Huairou County. The Great Wall was built in the village on the eastern, southern and northern sides of the ridge (Figure 1).
