对植物危险性病害,特别是土传病害进行的防治研究和抗病育种,都需要在一个有病的环境中进行。除了已经扩散,失去检疫意义的土栖病害可在疫区内选地进行外,对于尚未扩散的,只能在有控制的试验场圃(病圃)内进行。设计既能满足研究工作需要、又能完全控制病害外传的病圃,是一个需要探讨的问题。 现就这类危险性土栖病害的病圃设计,提出如下方案,以供参考。 设计原则和要求 病圃设计,首先要遵循植物检疫原则,做到有效地杜绝病原物的外传、保护农业产区的纯净;同时,也要考虑农业效应,保证试验植物正常生长。在此前提下,结合考虑
