由于锥轮—摩擦盘轮—锥轮无级变速传动机构(简称锥轮变速机构)具有传动平稳、噪音很小、结构简单、过载打滑(可避免部件受损)、形式多样等优点,所以在实际传动中,特别是在精密机械与仪器中得到了广泛的应用[1],然而至今尚未见到计算锥轮变速机构传动比的专用公式。文章专题分析及研究锥轮变速机构传动比,并导出一组可付之于实际使用、极其简单的锥轮传动比计算公式。
