Lipidomics is an emerging branch of metabonomics that aims to systematically study the properties of all lipid molecules in organisms and their role in the regulation of protein expression and gene expression. Lipids are involved in regulating many physiological processes in organisms, including energy storage, signal transduction and apoptosis. With the development of new analytical techniques, especially the application and development of mass spectrometry, lipids are rapidly and accurately measured And high throughput. A large number of studies have shown that abnormal lipid metabolism and tumor occurrence and development are closely linked to the application of lipidomics technology can reveal tumor-related lipid changes, to find its abnormal metabolic pathways, and lipid biomarkers in the tumor Identification, early diagnosis of tumors and the discovery of anti-tumor drug targets show a wide range of applications. This article gives a brief overview of recent advances in these studies.
