江西省科学院成立于1979年,是直属省政府的省级综合性自然科学研究机构。全院共有职工413人,其中科技人员311人(高级57人,中级136人,初级118人),占职工总数的75％。全院拥有科研仪器设备上千台(件),库存中外期刊1000多种,图书杂志10万多册。江西省能源研究会、江西省生态学会、江西省生物工程研究会等学术团体挂靠我院。公开出版发行的刊物有《江西科学》,《江西能源》等。 建院以来,我院认真贯彻“依靠、面向”的科技方针,紧密围绕江西经济建设的实际需要,动员和组织全院科技人员进入经济建设主战场,找准着力点,充分发挥生物资源、生态环境、生物工程、微生物、人畜共患病、寄生虫免疫防治、能源规划及工程、新能源开发、稀土
