本文论述我国首次新建在大面积碎石基床上的3000吨级浮箱式干船坞的设计和施工经验。建造方法采用钢筋混凝土浮箱整体沉放的新工艺。结构计算简化为纵向和横向弹性地基上的基础梁,采用日莫契金链杆法确定地基反力,并计算了基床整平的施工误差和温度应力的影响。浮箱排水量近7000吨。本文介绍了浮箱在预制、拼装、起浮、拖运、沉放,到船坞建成投产采取的一些有效的技术措施,可提供有关工程参考。
This article discusses the design and construction experience of the first 3,000-ton floating-type dry dock in large-area gravel bed in China. The construction method adopts the new technology of integral sinking of reinforced concrete pontoon. The structural calculation is simplified as the base beam on the longitudinal and transverse elastic foundation. The daily ground reaction force is determined by the daily MOCHI chain method. The construction error and temperature stress of the foundation leveling are calculated. Pontoon displacement of nearly 7,000 tons. This paper introduces the pontoons in the prefabricated, assembled, from the float, hauling, sinking, put into operation to the dock to take some effective technical measures to provide the project reference.
