将既有AC电动车组(EMU)转换成电池-AC双动力源EMU(试验列车),以便在AC电气化线路和非电气化线路之间交互运行。文章对所开发牵引电路的特性和试验结果进行了阐述,介绍了所开发的牵引电路的特征和试验结果。报告了如下车载电池性能评定结果:1)车载锂离子电池(1 382 V-83 k Wh)供电的试验列车不用再充电的运行距离约为20~30 km;2)电池的最高温度为51.5℃,在达到65℃上限前还有充分余地;3)电池处于低温状态时,快速充电所需的时间有所增加。运行试验结果表明,车载电池性能足可在AC电气化线路和非电气化线路之间交互运行。
Convert Existing AC EMUs into Battery-AC Dual-Powered EMUs (Test Trains) for interactive operation between AC electrified and non-electrified lines. The characteristics of the developed traction circuit and the test results are described in this paper. The characteristics of the traction circuit and the test results are introduced. Reported the following on-board battery performance evaluation results: 1) The test train powered by a car lithium-ion battery (1 382 V-83 k Wh) would run at a distance of about 20-30 km without recharging; 2) The maximum battery temperature was 51.5 ° C , There is sufficient room before reaching the upper limit of 65 ° C; 3) the time required for quick charging is increased when the battery is in a cold state. Operational test results show that the onboard battery performance is sufficient to run interactively between AC electrified and non-electrified lines.
