毕业生就业工作是党中央、国务院一直高度重视的工作,在2004年国务院颁布的《2004～2007年教育振兴行动计划》中,六大工程中有一项就是毕业生就业工程。为了提高职业院校学生的就业率,需要加强职业指导,配备专业的职业指导人才,使职业院校学生职业指导专业化。
The employment of graduates is the work that the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have always attached great importance to. In 2004, the State Council promulgated the “Action Plan for Education and Rejuvenation from 2004 to 2007”, one of the six major projects is the employment project for graduates. In order to improve the employment rate of students in vocational colleges, vocational guidance needs to be strengthened and professional career guidance personnel should be provided so that vocational guidance for vocational students can be professionalized.
