节能是绿色建筑的基本要求、基本评价指标,是绿色建筑与普通建筑最根本的区别,也是绿色建筑兴起的原始动力。现今,绿色建筑的节能对策主要针对围护结构、空调、照明三部分。其中,维护结构的节能多是通过使用保温效果好的建筑材料来达到的;空调及照明方面的节能举措则大多凭借技术的更新与科技的变革。 Energy-saving is the basic requirement of green building. The basic evaluation index is the most fundamental difference between green building and ordinary building. It is also the original impetus for the rise of green building. Today, the green building energy-saving measures mainly for the envelope structure, air conditioning, lighting three parts. Among them, the maintenance of energy-saving structures are mostly through the use of good insulation effect of building materials to achieve; air-conditioning and lighting energy-saving initiatives are mostly relying on technology updates and technological changes.
