为获得高活性和高温稳定性好的甲烷燃烧催化剂,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了CuO/YSZ-Al2O3催化剂。通过改变ZrO2在YSZ-Al2O3载体中的含量制得不同ZrO2含量的CuO/YSZ-Al2O3催化剂,并考察ZrO2含量对催化剂催化甲烷燃烧性能的影响,同时利用BET、XRD等测试手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:ZrO2在载体中存在最佳含量,当ZrO2质量分数为32.5%时,催化剂的活性和高温稳定性最好;该催化剂经1 000℃、5h老化后,仍具有较高的比表面积和高温稳定性,是一种性能优异的甲烷燃烧催化剂。
In order to obtain methane combustion catalysts with high activity and high temperature stability, a CuO / YSZ-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method. The CuO / YSZ-Al2O3 catalysts with different contents of ZrO2 were prepared by changing the content of ZrO2 in the YSZ-Al2O3 support. The effects of ZrO2 content on the catalytic combustion of methane were investigated. The catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD and other means. . The results show that ZrO2 has the best content in the carrier. When the mass fraction of ZrO2 is 32.5%, the catalyst has the best activity and high temperature stability. After being aged at 1000 ℃ for 5h, the catalyst still has high specific surface area and High temperature stability, is a high performance methane combustion catalyst.
