目的探讨膝关节旋转成形踝代膝功能手术患者的康复护理方法。方法通过对1例右膝关节肿瘤患者行旋转截肢并踝代膝功能手术患者进行分阶段康复护理同时结合文献分析报告。结果患者切口愈合好，可自行熟练正确佩戴假肢，无血栓形成及关节挛缩等并发症，顺利渡过围手术期，康复出院。结论对膝关节旋转截肢患者进行分阶段康复护理，可帮助患者顺利渡过围术期，避免并发症发生。“,”Objective Discussion rotational molding knee rehabilitation nursing ankle-generation function in patients undergoing knee.Methods Reportedphased rehabilitation nursingof one tumor on right knee undergoing rotationamputationcombiningwith document analysis.
