本研究旨在通过研究下肢力量与不同形式纵跳高度的相关性,测量下肢髋、膝、踝关节等长与等动肌力及纵跳高度,结果表明髋关节伸肌离心肌力与半蹲跳高度呈正相关;髋关节屈肌快速等动离心肌力与下蹲跳、连续纵跳高度呈正相关;膝关节屈肌快速等动离心肌力与三种纵跳高度均高度相关;而踝关节伸屈肌力量与三种形式纵跳高度相关度均不具有统计学意义。发展下肢髋关节和膝关节快速等动离心力量对于提高有预蹲动作的纵跳能力有重要意义;提高下肢髋关节伸肌和膝关节伸屈肌等动力量水平对于提高运动员静态半蹲跳能力有帮助。
The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between lower extremity strength and different vertical stepping heights by measuring the isometric and isometric muscle strength and vertical stepping height of lower extremity hip, knee and ankle joint.
