企业在职职工培训教育是关系个人进步与企业发展的纽带,它决定个人的前途和命运,企业的生存与发展,国家的繁荣和国际竞争力。加强企业职工的培训再教育,是当前提高职工素质的一种主要途径,也是企业发展的保证。如何把握企业生产特点及在职职工特点,从而提高职工培训教学质量,是每一个职教工作者都必须认真思考的一个重要问题。本文从介绍培训的概念入手,分析了培训及培训方案设计的重要性,指出设计培训方案时应从哪些方面考虑,根据具体情况择优处理,制定出一个有效的培训方案。
Enterprise Employee Training Education is a link between personal progress and business development. It determines the future and destiny of an individual, the survival and development of an enterprise, the prosperity of a country, and its international competitiveness. Strengthening the training and re-education of employees is one of the main ways to improve the quality of staff and workers and is also the guarantee for the development of enterprises. How to grasp the characteristics of enterprise production and the characteristics of serving staff so as to improve the quality of staff training and teaching is an important issue that every vocational worker must seriously consider. This article starts with the introduction of the concept of training, analyzes the importance of training and training program design, points out which aspects should be considered in the design of training programs, and gives an effective training plan according to the specific situation.
