Periodontal changes in the absence of the first molar In the classic book, it is thought that the adjacent teeth on both sides are inclined or displaced to the missing tooth gap, which has the effect on the extension of the tooth joint, the loose tooth, the periodontal pocket formation and the chewing function. However, these observations are based on clinical experience and lack of experimental evidence of lack of periodontal and bite long-term changes in the report. Therefore, in this paper, the cases of the first molars missing in our hospital were randomly sampled for statistical analysis to observe the effect of the first molars loss on the dentition and periodontal tissues, so as to explore the practical significance of the repair after the individual tooth loss. 1 clinical data: the first maxillary or mandibular first molar missing patients 13 cases, aged 17 to 60 years old, are Han Chinese.
