The fire fighting system in Hong Kong is a professional system. The Fire Services Department is headed by the Secretary for Security. Under the Fire Services Department, there are three fire protection zones and fire prevention teams. The Fire Services Department has a total of 810 0 ambulance staff and is chaired by the Fire Services Department chief and assisted by a Deputy Commissioner. Each district has five districts.
